| Description |
NTVS-R1xxL09 SFF footprint bi-directional single mode
transceivers are high performance modules for data communication with
SC connector for improving the productivity. These devices consist of
a InGaAsP SMQW-FP laser diode as transmitter and a InGaAs photodiode as
receiver, WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplex) filter integrated as 1310nm/1550nm
WDM for a single fiber. Bi-directional modules can be built for a wide
variety of data communicate applications with high-speed, long distance.
Low back reflection and wide bandwidth support stable performance in wide
range of operating temperatures. The functions of transceiver (transmitter
?receiver) are contained in a 2�5 pin-out with a SC receptacle type package.
The transmitter incorporates a highly reliable 1310/1550nm InGaAsP SMQW
FP Laser and driver circuit which converts PECL(Pseudo Emitter Coupled
Logic) data to light. The receiver incorporates an efficient InGaAsP/InP
PIN photodiode converting the light signal into an electrical current
which is amplified and regenerated into PECL-compatible data. The transimpedance
amplifier IC has internal AGC for wide dynamic range.
